Dave Fisher 

Dave Fisher has thirty five years of law enforcement experience in all divisions from supervising patrol, special operations, detective services and support services. Areas of responsibility have included traffic, school resource officers, emergency response team-SWAT/ crisis negotiations team, emergency management, K-9, special events and concerts. Dave was an area commander for the 1993 Papal Visit to Denver and have assisted or coordinated many head of state visits. He served on the Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) working and leadership committee and past co-chair of the Incident Operations Committee. He has also assisted in various Homeland Security grant processes, committees and exercises equipping and training Law Enforcement, Fire, Bomb Teams and other first responders in the Denver Metropolitan area. Dave holds a FEMA Professional Development Certification and was assigned to the Consequence Management team during the 2008 DNC in Denver.
